Spirit of government

Friends, Biden and Trump are friends, their kids have gone to schools that our kids can’t go to, they are guaranteed jobs that we will never be in the running for and they are part of the plan to cause dissension. They have been given legal right from spiritual assignments to deceive the public.  The very role of government is to control the people, but make it look as if they care.  Politics is a joke, see it for what it really is, a message to discern the times.  Trump is just a vessel being used by God to point out the topics that the business world already discusses at their board meetings.  Corporate America and lobbyists run our country and make all influential decisions based on driving more people into the direction of either poverty or affluence.  You are only truly combating welfare and entitlement by dedicating your time and money to individuals, simply supporting a political party doesn’t let you off the hook.  Teachers and service men, first responders and military are in the midst of spiritual warfare daily.  I’m sorry but voting one day out of four years isn’t making a stand for justice nor is it making you aware of what is really going on through government funded programs.

Those same programs steal from the quality of life that they promise to provide.  If the powers that be create the problem yet swoop in with the solution, they are conditioning the public to hand over their freedoms, all with the slogan of doing it for the good of society.  Food allergies and sicknesses prevail but the very hand that feeds the families receiving WIC gets to determine their quality of life, which strips their rights, but at least satisfies their stomachs for the moment.  The Bible says that people will not have eyes to see nor ears to hear.  People don’t know what it means when Jesus said that the government is upon His shoulders.  It was a prophetic declaration that is being fulfilled now more than any other time. Even with a heart of justice and love for God’s kids, I can admit when a flawed system is working against its own people.  It may appear that liberal programs like providing food for the poor is noble, but it is far from the depictions of poverty in Jesus’ day.  The poor didn’t have access to jobs back then, but today our government has supplied them.  They don’t get to “not work” when an opportunity is available to them, or is that the point?  That is not being poor, that is entitlement and being faithless. Jesus said that, “that will lead to poverty”.

So don’t succumb and stand firm on your faith.  The only answer to the troubles of this world is to not engage with the distractions of it.  Hold tight and cling to the intimacy of dialogue with Jesus to get the direction for each day.  What looked good yesterday might not be so enticing today, but as long as it goes against the dumbing down of human nature, as long as it goes against status quo and placing faith in the leadership of man, you can do what He calls you to do today.
